Serene Bebe overnight care and doula support often qualifies for employer fertility and family planning benefits. More and more employers recognize the importance of supporting their employees during the crucial stages of family planning. Serene Bebe has successfully worked with parents who work for many Tech companies such as Salesforce and Google, Government Contractors, Higher Education, Sports/Entertainment, and other employers who provide dedicated funds that can be used for comprehensive benefits covering overnight and doula care. We also work seamlessly with employer provided benefits programs like Carrot to ensure you get the support you need.
Serene Bebe is able to support birth clients from Fort Myers to Tampa who have coverage through our partnership with the doula network. Some of the primary forms of medicaid we are able to accept are Sunshine Health, Simply, and Molina, as well as other. We are able to provide the same exceptional doula care for these clients as we are for privately hired clients! Medicaid reciepients are eligible for attendance of the birth by a Serene Doula, prenatal meetings for support, planning, and childbirth education, and meetings with your doula postpartum for education, lactation care, and emotional support.
Don't forget about your FSA or HSA plan! It can be a valuable resource to cover the cost of our support services. FSA (flex spending accounts) & HSA (health savings accounts) funds can often be used for doula care, overnight support, and other family planning services. We have successfully used both as well as supported clients with HRP (health reimbursement plans) in getting reimbursement for care. If required, we will also support you in getting a letter of medical necessity to assist in the benefit process.
If your insurance will provide reimbursement, we are happy to provide you with the needed documentation & an organized superbill. This means you can submit the superbill to your insurance provider, and if eligible, you may receive reimbursement for the doula and overnight care services you've received. We are also happy to provide an example provider recommendation (“prescription” for care) so you can bolster your reimbursement submission.
